The one I ran across was near the 43 quest tower where you talk to Royce,Joyce and Hoyce or w/e lol They were light blue to a level 55 but I believe it was like the ones near Cape Dreg and was for evil races.There was a named woman standing near I thought maybe the NPC but she said the same thing as the one in Cape Dreg to me something about needing new grease.I will look it up for you thoughor try at least

This was one of the quests from back when they did the soulstealer and letter quests to get potions. It's a hunt and gather from a caster in a tower just outside the entrance to Neriak. It's also lvl relative, so depending on what level you are, you'll be sent to farm mobs at different locations of varying levels. For the most part, from what I've seen, they're really only worth it if you can get a group together or if you could get a high level toon to help, since the mobs tend to be pretty tough for any given level to solo efficiently enough to make it worth your while. I know mine can but shes like level 56,the ones near oasis were light blue to her.So prolly not
