power necs are really good if they go lich(SUBVERSION) i have no idea if they can rival a ench but i like power necs over blood necs....becasue the only thing a blood nec is good at is dueling and soloing...your bloods do not come into play in grps theres no need
even then your basic hp giving thing..pacts...err lol.....are more than enough at 60 to heal a tank even if you have no healer...you jsut cant go to like bandits or the frogs....but gobs and tfgs are perfect lol
i dont know, if i would ever decide to make a nec ill make it blood for duels...since all my toons are for duels....man i have no clue what id do if they took away the dueling again lol....maybe die
As a rge, who has no group spells, heals, foraging, etc, it seems pretty obvious that when it comes to DDing rges were meant to be the epitomy of it as far as melees go, especially with the new CBing. My rge hits for around 4k-4400 damage a quad, plus add in up to 600 from class proc, plus another 200 from Davoh's dirk, plus another 4k possibly from goblin assassin's dirl (3k if mob isn't FR weak). Then you add in abils like poison dart which hits for around 1k with a short recast, mortal wound which hits for about 3800, plus all the blades and stabs and rangers don't have a chance. They never did before. The only reason they were ever a challenge in a duel was because they had heals. The only rangers I've seen who take aggro were the dumbasses who think they're uber and so, run in and attack the mob as soon as the tank body pulls it, unloading with all their abils. My rge, pre CB though, used to pull aggro on simple quads, even after letting the tank set aggro.

I agree, BUT the only Ran that I can say HOLY ****! to, is Asakura, he plays on DH, uberest ran on the whole damn server I think...no offense to you Ran out there. this guy does a shiit load of DMG, ill have to pull up his post in Alla, he list his stats and ****. I have dueled him before, on my wizzy when we were both LvL 50, I won but not by much....I have never lost to a ran on purpose....Then I dueled him on a 60lich, he lost again, but.....I sorta had a **** load of buffs on lol,-GO AVA- and RSD was buffed and all I did whe n we started was eat/pact myself....

Tee hee, I remember the wiz that everyone used to be afraid of a long time ago in duels... think his name was Blastt... used to mow down everything at 50. I dueled him in my grind gear, including HB tunic... whomped his ass without ever using a backstab, and they've upgraded rges since then big time. Only problem with a rge in a duel (and mine was insanely good before the change to berserk) is that now they have no heal available whatsoever, so they;re back to pure group raid / toons again at higher levels. Big difference then was a rge built to be berserker (and I didn't go berserker on purpose, lol, this was the first toon I ever built on DH well before the introduction of Fronts) could dish out serious damage, take a boatload and then almost refill his/her life. now, all we can do Is try to hurt the person as bad as we can and give them a high rep bill, lol.
And gimme a bit to earn back the cms I sold back by accident and I'll be 650 str, 550 sta, 560 dex and 560 agi with about 15 or 16 of mods ;)
