For the record I officially hate this quest.I think now that they have made the vox drop a NTL that it should be able to be spawned by anyone who actually has the quest logged.They have made it Shitty for anyone who actually needs this drop by making it NTL and I don't think alot of these mob watchers realize it is indeed NTL.

My toon is already 55  and theres enough guild camping where hopefully my toons won't die of old age lol Plane of sky which I think can be logged at 53 and theres a group port for wizzys and druids.
