I now remember why I play on DH and not CLW.I posted on Sony Forums about the possible reason why they may have gave Ice Giants the option to root in the recent update.I used the example that when Tarrasque and I were playing baby toons one day that a group of AoE XPers trained us several times knowing we were there without remorse.They would pull whole rocks loose aggro and while we were in the middle of grinding a hoard would aggro us and kill us.A guy from CLW responded saying it was probably our fault for not paying attention to our surroundings and that people needed to stop blaming others and blah blah.I was like dude it was a example as to why they may have made them able to root is all.I used the example because I am sure we were not the only group that it had happened to and I know it also had happened at the Bandits.Everyone knows as well as I do that instead of a solution to alot of problems SOE chooses an easy fix especially if they recieve enough harrassment tickets.I don't mind people who AoE XP or anything I was just leaving an opinion.I couldn't imagine why else they would equip these mobs with a root ability.
